How to create an account for the CommunityShare platform

STEP 1:

Begin by navigating your browser to https://www.communityshare.org/. Then choose the “Sign Up/Log In” option located in the upper right hand area of the page.

STEP 2:

Choose method from a few SSO options or username and password. Next, agree to the Terms and conditions, and you're done!

STEP 3:

Select a community


STEP 4:

  • Enter your first name, last name (required) & a phone number

  • Enter your ZIP code & time zone (required)

From here, depending on your intent our flow asks different questions and request items from you like:

  • Tell us how you want to get involved

  • What school, site or organization your associated with.

  • Do you work directly with preK-12 students?

  • What subjects do you teach?

  • What teaching practices do you care about?

  • What skills, life experiences, passions do you possess and want to share with collaborators?

  • What DEI info do you want to share about yourself (optional)

  • What past opportunities and specific moments of your life story do you want to share with collaborators?

  • What image (photo) do you want to attach to your profile to share with others?

  • What do you want to express through a thank you/gratitude message as you embark on joining with this mission.
