Before you start
To view invoices and receipts you need to have the Admin role. If you don't have that role, ask an Admin on your company's account for permission; here's what they'll need.
The last 12 invoices and receipts will be available to view and download a PDF.
If you need an invoice or receipt past the 12 months chat with Support or email support@companycam.com.
Find invoices and receipts
Log into CompanyCam on a web browser.
Click on your User Icon and select Billing.
From the Billing page select View Payment History under your Next Payment information.
Click View on the right side of the Invoice/Receipt you'd like to download.
Select Download invoice or Download receipt to view and download a PDF copy.
