Looking to Expand Your General Contractor Network?
Authorizing new General Contractors (GCs) to access your financials can improve your chances of being qualified by them, expanding your network and potential opportunities.
How it Works:
When you authorize a new General Contractor in COMPASS, you may be eligible to request a prequalification review if all of the below conditions are met:
Your data is up-to-date and meets the General Contractor's requirements
Your data has been verified and a Q Score has been generated
You don't currently have an active prequalification with the General Contractor
You aren't currently being reviewed by the General Contractor
Your previous invitation to prequalify was not cancelled by the General Contractor
You'll then be added to the General Contractor’s workflow for potential qualification. Please note, however, that the final decision to prequalify rests solely with the General Contractor. A successful prequalification doesn’t guarantee a bid invitation, but it does help reduce uncertainty and highlights your strengths and expertise as you work to build a stronger relationship through your business development efforts.
The General Contractor can view your prequalifications by selecting the default search option, "COMPASS Added Ready to Review," by clicking the dropdown beside Qualification Requests on their Qualification Management page. This allows them to review and assign a prequalification as needed.
