Tags allow users to categorize and search subcontractors easily. Assigned tags correspond to subcontractor profiles and can be used to filter and organize subcontractors in the Qualification Request and Subcontractor Search tables.

How to Add Tags

1) Via the Qualification Requests Table

  • Navigate to Qualification Management from the main menu.

  • Locate the subcontractor in the Qualification Requests table.

  • In the Tags column, click Add Tag. A flyout with a search box will appear.

  • Type a new tag and press enter or select from existing tags.

2) Via the Details Flyout

  • Navigate to Qualification Management from the main menu

  • Hover over a specific subcontractor’s company name for the Details option to appear.

  • Click on Details to open the flyout.

  • Click Add Tag found below the subcontractor company name. A flyout with a search box will appear to add or select existing tags.

  • Alternatively, select the dropdown icon at the end of the subcontractor row by selecting either View Notes, Attachments or Activity to access the same flyout.

3) From the Subcontractor Profile

  • Click the purple hyperlinked company name (ie registered subcontractors) in either the Qualification Requests table or Subcontractor Search.

  • In the subcontractor profile, navigate to the Details section on the left-hand side.

  • Click Add Tag to open the search box and add or select existing tags.

How to Search and Filter by Tags

1. In Qualification Management

  • Use the Tags filter on the Qualification Requests table to display subcontractors by specific tags (e.g., “small jobs only,” “new sub”).

  • The filter includes a search bar and dropdown list for quick access.

2. In Subcontractor Search

  • Use the filters on the left-hand side to search for specific tags. Only subcontractors with matching tags will be displayed.

How to Rename and Delete Tags

1. Click Add Tag to open the tag search box.

2. Select an existing tag you want to rename or delete. Use the dropdown box and select either rename or delete.

  • To rename, choose the rename option, enter the new tag name, and click enter.

  • To delete, select the delete option to remove the tag permanently.

Note: Tags remain linked to a subcontractor’s profile until they are deleted.

A confirmation message will appear.

  1. Click Delete to erase the tag.

  2. Click Cancel to discard.
