How to Assign a Project

There are two ways to assign a project to a subcontractor:

  1. During the invitation process when you invite a subcontractor to qualify.

  2. After the invitation is sent, using the Manage Projects option on the Qualification Requests table.

2. Click on Invite to Qualify:

  • This button is located in the top-right corner of the Qualification Requests table.

  • Alternatively, it can be found in the subcontractor profile or via the bulk invite option on the Subcontractor Search page. (Refer to related articles for more details).

3. Enter Project Details:

  • In the Assign Project field, enter the name of the project you wish to assign. A list of all created projects will appear for selection. (See article on how to create a project).

  • Fill in the required fields: Company Name and Email.

4. Send the Invite:

  • Click Send Invite.

  • The invite email sent to the subcontractor will include the project name, and the project will automatically be assigned.

  • The project name will also appear in the Project column for the subcontractor on the Qualification Requests table.

Assigning a Project After an Invitation Is Sent

1. Locate the Subcontractor:

  • In the Qualification Management section, find the subcontractor in the Qualification Requests table.

2. Access the Manage Projects Option:

  • Click the Dropdown Icon at the end of the subcontractor’s row.

4. Assign the Project:

  • Once the project is selected, click the purple Assign button.

  • A green confirmation message will appear to indicate the project has been successfully assigned.

5. View the Assigned Project:

  • The project will now appear in the Project column of the Qualification Requests table.

  • Note: Subcontractors will not be notified when a project is assigned using this method, as it occurs after the invitation is sent.

How to Unassign a Project

1. Locate the Subcontractor:

  • Navigate to the subcontractor in the Qualification Requests table.

2. Open the Manage Projects Dialog:
