Start by navigating to the Qualification Management section.
1. To do this, select the menu tab and click on Qualification Management.
2. In the Qualification Management section, find the specific subcontractor in the Qualification Request table.
3. Click the Dropdown Icon at the end of their row to reveal several options.
4. In the dropdown menu, select Request Missing Data.
5. A dialog box titled Send Missing Data Request will appear, showing a list of the subcontractor’s missing, incomplete, or expired 1Form data needed to complete their prequalification.
The missing information is based on the general contractor’s (GC's) completeness circle criteria and a Changes Required review stage following a 1Form submission, regardless of any granted authorizations. If the GC has not specified their own criteria, the COMPASS starter model completeness circles will be applied.
6. Clicking the Yes, Send button in the dialog box will send an email directly to the subcontractor, prompting them to provide the requested missing 1Form data.
To cancel the request, simply select the No Thanks! button.
7. To follow up on a previous request, return to the dropdown menu, where a Resend Missing Data Request option will now be available.
Please note: the COMPASS team does not contact or follow up with subcontractors regarding missing data requests.
Bulk Send Missing Data Request
Select Multiple Subcontractors:
Use the checkboxes in the Qualification Requests table to select the subcontractors you want to send a missing request to.
A banner with bulk action options will appear at the top of the table.
Open the Send Missing Data Dialog:
Click Request Missing Data Dialog in the bulk actions banner.
Choose Your Action:
You have three options:
Request: Send an email directly to the subcontractor, prompting them to provide the requested missing 1Form data.
Cancel: Cancels the Send Missing Request.
X: An alternative way to Cancel the Send Missing Request.
