How to View Subcontractor Activity Information in COMPASS

This article explains how to view activity information for a subcontractor on the COMPASS platform. There are three ways to view this information:

From the Qualification Management Section

Step 1: Navigate to the Qualification Management section.

  • Open the menu tab and click on Qualification Management.

Step 2: Locate the subcontractor in the Qualification Requests table.

Use the search or scroll function to find the subcontractor.

Step 3: Click the dropdown icon at the end of their row.

A menu will appear with several options.

  • Select View Activity from the dropdown menu.

  • The Activity Feed flyout will appear on the right-hand side, showing a detailed history of all interactions between the general contractor (GC) and the subcontractor.

Details in the Activity Feed include:

  • Registration date.

  • Submission date, time, and submitting user.

  • Assigned qualification status.

  • Auto-renewals.

  • Invitation cancellations.

  • Requests for missing data.

  • Date of the most recent update.

Using the Details label in the Qualification Management Section

Step 1: Navigate to the Qualification Management section and locate the subcontractor in the Qualification Requests table.

Step 2: Hover over the area between the company name and projects.

  • Click the Details label.

Step 3: Select the Activity Feed icon in the flyout on the right-hand side.

  • The same Activity Feed flyout will open, displaying the interaction history as described above.

From the Subcontractor Profile

Step 1: Click the subcontractor's purple hyperlinked company name in the Qualification Requests table or Subcontractor Search.

Step 2: In the subcontractor profile, go to the Activity section located in the middle of the page.

Step 3: Click Activity.

  • The Activity Feed flyout will open, providing the full history of interactions between the GC and the subcontractor.

Each method offers quick access to the subcontractor's activity history, ensuring users can efficiently track interactions and updates.
