Overview
This article outlines the process for creating a Company Qualification Flow for concurrent groups, allowing two non-final stages to be reviewed simultaneously. Additionally, it includes guidance on editing groups. By following these steps, you can streamline the qualification flow and manage group reviews efficiently.
Steps to Create a Company Qualification Flow
1. Adding Flow Groups
All flow groups can be added to your Company Qualification Flow by following the steps below:
Set the Stage Completion Criteria:
Click the dropdown menu and select an option for completing the stage.
All Groups Are Complete: Every group added to this stage must satisfy its requirements for the stage to be completed.
Any Review is Complete: At least one member of any group must complete their review.
Any Group is Complete: Every member of at least one group must complete their review.
Example: If you select All Groups Are Complete, all groups in this stage must meet their review requirements.
2. Setting Group Review Requirements
Once groups are added, define the requirements for their reviews:
Any Review is Complete: For example, if a group has 4 employees, only 1 out of 4 members needs to complete their review.
All Reviews Are Complete: All members of the group must complete their review. For instance, in a group of 4, this means 4/4 members.
To configure these settings, click on the dropdown labeled Complete Groups When, where the same options apply as outlined above.
3. Adding a Group
To include a flow group that you previously created:
Click the dropdown labeled Begin Typing to Search Group.
Start typing the group name. A list of matching groups will appear for selection.
If you need to add additional groups:
4. Deleting a Group
If you need to remove a group:
Press the trash can icon next to the group name. This action will delete the entire group from the flow.
5. Adding Additional Review Stages
Once the requirements for the first review stage are set, you can add additional review stages:
Click the Insert Page button to create a new review stage.
For the final review stage:
Only a single completion requirement is allowed.
Set the stage completion option to Any Review is Complete.
This ensures that the final stage allows multiple users but requires only one completion to mark the stage as complete.
By following these steps, you can effectively configure and manage concurrent group reviews, enabling a more flexible and efficient qualification process for your company.
