How to Download Q Score PDFs in bulk from the Qualification Management
From the menu on the nav-bar click Qualification Management to open the Qualification Management Page.
For each subcontractor that needs a report generated, click the check-box to the left of their Company Name to them to the list of reports to be generated.
Once at least one subcontractor has been selected, the Download Q Score PDFs button will display in the action bar above the table.
Click the Download Q Score PDFs to open a confirmation modal.
Click Download to begin the download. The files will download in the background while using COMPASS. Click Close to close the modal.
Note: Depending on how many PDFs are being downloaded and the users network speed, this can take a few minutes
While the download is in progress, an icon will display next to the search bar showing the progress of the download. The download is broken down into two stages that are tracked in this icon:
First step is fetching the information for the PDFs
Once the data is fetched, the actual download begins
Once the download is completed, a green toast message will appear and the Download progress icon will update to completed.
The Q Score PDF reports will now be available in the browser downloads.
