To replace a reviewer across several Company Qualification Flows or Project Approval Flows at once, follow the steps below:
Navigate to the Company Qualifications or Project Approvals tab found under the Prequalification Settings page.
Select all of the flows that contain the reviewer needing replacement using the selection checkboxes to the left of the flow name, or click Select All to select all flows.
Click the Edit Selected button in the banner that appears after you have selected all desired flows.
Search for the reviewer that you want replaced in the Replace Reviewers flyout using the dropdown field labelled Current Reviewer. Search for the reviewer that will replace the existing user using the dropdown field labelled New Reviewer.
If additional reviewers need to be replaced, click the + Add a Reviewer to replace button. A new set of fields should appear which can be used as described above to replace an additional reviewer.
After selecting the reviewers, click Save.
Once saved, all selected flows will update with the new reviewer(s). You can confirm the changes by reviewing the flow details.
