Overview
When logging into COMPASS for the first time—or when returning under certain conditions—you will be presented with the Subcontractor Landing screen. This ensures you are aware of your account options and next steps before continuing into COMPASS.
To proceed, you must choose one of three options:
Your Options
1. Book a Welcome Call
Schedule a welcome call with your dedicated Account Manager! They will help walk you through the COMPASS features and give you tips on how best to maximize the COMPASS Platform.
How it works:
Selecting this option opens a chat window in the bottom right where you can pick a date and time.
Once booked, you will receive meeting details by email. The meeting will be over a video call to ensure we can show off the platform, as well as assist with any questions that require demonstration.
You will then be taken directly to the 1Form or your COMPASS dashboard.
You can always call or email your account manager at any time. If you do not wish to have a cal, you will be provided their name and number through a welcome email instead.
2. Pay Now
Securely pay through Stripe. COMPASS is a paid platform, the subscription fee ensures access to secure data sharing to all 200+ General Contractors in the ecosystem through one standardized form, as well as and qualification insights to help you showcase your business and win more work.
Once payment is complete:
You will be taken directly to the 1Form or your COMPASS dashboard.
A confirmation message will appear stating that your invoice will be sent by email and a copy is available to download anytime from your Billing Page.
3. Start My Prequal (Pay Later)
Acknowledge that a fee applies to using COMPASS, but continue without paying immediately. You will still be able to proceed into COMPASS and access your account.
You will be immediately redirected to the 1Form to begin entering your prequal data. You will be issued an invoice upon completion of the form.
If you have an outstanding or overdue invoice:
If you have an outstanding or overdue invoice, you will be shown a slightly different Subcontractor Landing when you log into COMPASS. To continue, you must select one of the available options, the same as explained above:
Pay Now – Settle your invoice immediately through Stripe and proceed into COMPASS.
Pay Later – Acknowledge the fee and continue without payment for now.
Book a Call – Schedule a call with an Account Manager to review your account and next steps.
