⚡️ Enhancements:
Project Approval Multi-Stage Modals: Added the ability for subsequent-stage reviewers to Approve (carry forward data) or Amend (modify prior status/exceptions) previous project reviews. Added direct quick links to earlier custom project forms within the modal.
Qualification Review Modal Enhancements: Added a "Copy" button to easily duplicate text from the Qualification Summary, Reviewer Notes, and Exceptions. Reviewers can now add a personal notes textbox upon approval, and all fields will pre-fill when amending a review.
Deepened Custom Form Logic: Added a second level of conditional formatting logic for supported questions inside the Custom Project Forms builder.
New Qualification Management Filters: Added "Flow" and "Flow Stage" filters to the Qualification Management view to easily track specific subcontractor qualification statuses.
Persistent Table Preferences: User table settings (column selection, order, and size) are now automatically saved and preserved across sessions and logins for both Qualification Management and Subcontractor Search.
