The COMPASS Beta Program allows users to check out features before they are fully rolled out to all users in COMPASS.
This document will be frequently updated so users can track all of the new features added to the COMPASS Beta Program.
The Beta Program kicks will begin the night of April 8th, 2026.
Note: Users who are in the COMPASS Alpha program already have access to all features in Beta

Company Qualification Review Modal Updates

Added add notes textbox so a reviewer can leave their own notes when approving a review
When amending a review, all fields are pre-filled with fields from the review being amended, so the reviewer can make any necessary changes.
Custom Project Forms - Additional Conditional Logic Level
Added an extra layer to conditional formatting for supported questions when editing or creating Custom Project Forms
Previously there was only a single layer of conditional formatting permitted. With the update, there is now a second layer permitted.
Project Approval Flow Modal Updates
Introducing multi-state modals for Project Approval flows, enabling reviewers in subsequent stages to Approve or Amend prior-stage reviews.
Approve: Carries forward the previous reviewer’s qualification status and exception notes (if any), while allowing the current reviewer to add notes concurrently.
Amend: Allows the reviewer to update the prior qualification status and modify exception notes.
When multiple outcomes exist in a previous stage, reviewers can select the most relevant one before approving or amending.
If a subcontractor completed a custom project form in an earlier stage, reviewers can access it directly via a quick link in the modal.
Add Flow + Flow stage filter to qualification management
Adding Flow and Flow Stage filter so users can search records tied to specific Company Qualification Flows/Stages
Users on qualification management can now filter by Company Qualification Flows as well as the Stage of the selected Flow
Save Updates to Tables on User Level
Table state will be preserved across sessions for Qualification Management and Subcontractor Search, allowing users to customize tables to suit their needs.
Column selection, order, and sizing are saved
Preferences persist through logout/login, page refresh, and navigation
Settings are retained on a per-device basis
