All Project Approval Requests that require your review can be seen by selecting the quick filter for Requires my Review on the Project Approval Requests page.
To complete a review, open the flyout by Clicking the details link for that request.
The flyout will include the quick view of the flow progress thus far, under the Review Process block. The current stage will be highlighted to show the reviewer(s) responsible for that stage. If it is currently your turn to review, there will be a large Complete your Review button at the bottom of the flyout.
Upon clicking the "Complete your Review" button, you may see one of four possible modals:
Modal when leaving a review in the first review stage
To leave a review, select the appropriate radio button and add any notes (optional). If Qualified for SDI with Exceptions is selected, an additional text box will appear under the review to provide Exceptions. This will be required for that option.
Submit your review by selecting the button labelled "Continue" on the bottom right hand side of the modal. This will close the modal and apply your review to the request.
To close the modal without leaving a review, select the Cancel button at the bottom left hand side of the modal or the X in the top right corner. Note that the modal will not save any changes if closed this way.
2. Modal when leaving a review in a subsequent review stage with a single outcome from the previous stage
If the prior stage required only a single review to progress, the modal above will appear when you begin your review in the next stage. The modal features the review details left by the reviewer in the previous stage, a space to add your own optional notes and options to amend or approve the review left by the previous reviewer.
If you are in agreement with the review left by the reviewer in the previous stage and would like to carry the same details forward, you can optionally add any notes in the "Add Notes" section and click the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner to complete your review.
If you would like to edit the review left by the previous reviewer, click "Amend" in the bottom left corner. You will be presented with the modal below where you can select a different outcome, edit any notes as well as any exceptions. You are also provided with the option to push the review back to the previous stage here. (Note: The previous reviewers outcome along with any notes and exceptions will be pre-filled here for convenience. They can be edited as needed):
3. Modal when leaving a review in a subsequent review stage with multiple outcomes from the previous stage
If the prior stage required all reviewers or all groups to complete a review, the modal above will appear when you begin your review in the following stage. The modal features all of the outcomes in the previous stage, a space to add your own notes and options to amend or approve a review left by any of the previous reviewers. Clicking on the radio button next to a reviewer's name reveals all of their review details.
If you are in agreement with a review left by a reviewer in the previous stage and would like to carry the same details forward, click on the radio button next to the reviewer's name, optionally add any notes in the "Add Notes" section, and click the "Approve" button in the bottom right corner to complete your review.
If you would like to edit a review left by a previous reviewer, click on the radio button next to the reviewer's name and click "Amend" in the bottom left corner. You will be prompted with the modal below where you can select a different outcome and edit any notes as well as any exceptions. You are also provided with the option to push the review back to the previous stage here. (Note: The previous reviewers outcome along with any notes and exceptions will be pre-filled here for convenience. They can be edited as needed):
4. Modal when leaving a review in a subsequent review stage with a custom project form completed in the previous stage
If the prior stage required the subcontractor to complete a custom project form, the modal above will appear when you begin your review in the next stage. The modal features a quick link to the completed custom project form at the top along with the radio buttons and notes section seen in modal 1.
Once you've left a review, the request flyout will remain open, and your review will appear in the Review Process Block as shown below. Once the first review stage is complete, the approvers in the subsequent stage will be notified to complete their review via email. They will receive reminder emails 3 days after they are first notified if the review is still not completed.
Once all stages have been completed, the request will disappear from the "Open Requests" tab. The flyout will remain open for review, but upon completion or cancellation, the request can be found either in the "Closed Requests" tab of the Project Approval Requests menu item or on the Project Approval Requests tab of the subcontractor's profile.
