Business Section

Autofill Support

  • The following subsections now support autofilling from documents uploaded by subcontractors

    • Diversity Certifications

    • Insurance Policies

    • Construction Licenses/Certifications

Business Details

  • A new question was added regarding private equity ownership.

Related Companies

  • Added a new question: "How would you best describe the ownership of your company?"

Diversity Certifications

  • Added SDB and LGBTQ+ Business Enterprise options.

Insurance Policies

  • Reworded field label "Single Occurrence Limit" -> "Per Occurrence Limit"

Construction Licenses/Certifications

  • Construction license language was reworded (US).

  • A legal wording update added "or similar authority" to the Contractor's License Board question.

  • A state licensing dropdown was included.

Cybersecurity (New Subsection)

  • New section for CMMC compliance, capturing Department of Defense (DoD)-related work and certification levels (1, 2, or 3).

Legal Questions

  • Expanded questions cover delinquent tax obligations and governmental investigations for misconduct.

  • The company name change question was moved to the General section.

Employee Count Questions

  • Added "full-time" for clarification.

ICE Compliance (New Subsection)

  • Introduces seven new questions regarding immigration compliance policies, I-9 verification, internal audits, and contingency planning.

Administrative Fields

  • CAGE Code fields were added and polished for US entities.

  • File upload labels are now dynamic based on the selected business type.


Finance Section

Autofill Support

  • The following subsections now support autofilling from documents uploaded by subcontractors

    • Most Recent Year End Financial Statements

    • Banking

    • Bonding

Most Recent Year-End Financial Statements

  • Added a mandatory dropdown for "Accounting Basis of Financials" (Accrual, Cash, or Income Tax).

  • Introduced a new dollar field for Customer Deposits (following Over Billings).

Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

  • Expanded data collection for ownership increases within the last five years, including new questions for ownership start/end %, corporate income taxes, financing method, seller-financed debt, and repurchase obligations.

Succession Planning

  • New page added to the Finance section.

  • Added the following question: "Does your company currently have a formal succession plan in place?" with Yes/No response. If Yes is selected the questions below apply.

  • Added the following question: "Which of the following best describe your current succession strategy?"

  • Added the following question: "What is your anticipated timeline for leadership or ownership transition?"

  • Page includes an optional file drop to attach a copy of the succession plan.

Primary Bank Details / LOC Pages

  • Restructure: reorganized into Primary Bank Details → LOC Details → Primary Bank Representative → Other LOC sections.

  • New Primary Bank Representative fields were added.

  • The "Other Institution LOC" card now supports add-more capability.

  • The Institution field was removed from Primary Bank LOC cards.

Line of Credit (LOC) Fields

  • LOC cards are now split between Primary Bank and Other Institutions sections based on institution matching.

  • Field name updates: "Total Capacity" is now Authorized Limit; "Amount Drawn" is now Current Usage.

Performance Bonding

  • Added an AM Best rating dropdown for the Bonding Company.

  • Added dedicated sections for Surety Broker Details and a Surety Representative.

  • New section of question to capture specific rates for 50% and 100% coverage.


Health and Safety Section

Autofill Support

  • The following subsections now support autofilling from documents uploaded by subcontractors

    • Experience Modification Rate (EMR)

    • OSHA 300A/Workplace Illness & Injury

Field Leadership Safety Qualifications

  • New Question: Question regarding First Aid/CPR certification.

  • US-Specific Requirement: Users must also specify OSHA 30/10 qualifications.

Field Safety Practices (New Subsection)

  • Introduced a comprehensive section for safety pre-planning, job site inspections, and high-risk work training.

  • The "safety meetings for field supervisors" question was moved here

OSHA 300A

  • Page renamed to "OSHA 300A/Workplace Illness & Injury" with adjustments to certain question wording

Safety Management & Planning

  • New Questions: Added three new Yes/No questions regarding employee training, subcontractor pre-qualification, and job safety analyses.

  • Program Updates: Added conditional Safety Data Sheet (SDS) questions under Hazard Communication.

  • Removals: The "job site safety meeting" question and the Key Document section were removed.


ESG Section

Human Rights & Supply Chain Integrity (New Subsection)

  • New Questions: Added two new Yes/No questions regarding corporate compliance and social responsibility.

Compliance

  • New Question: Added a new question regarding government interaction

  • Reworded six existing questions for clarity on anti-bribery, government officials, and third-party due diligence.
