How to upload a valid W-9 in COMPASS

When you are prompted to upload a valid W9 during registration, COMPASS is checking for the following to ensure that the data is valid:
​

  1. Legal Company Name in Line 1

  2. Additional DBAs or Disregarded entities in Line 2

  3. EIN or SSN available

  4. Signature

  5. A signed date within the current or previous year.

Please ensure that your W-9 has all of the following when uploading your W-9 to COMPASS.
