Compass Mobile Experience ⚡️

COMPASS is now available with a new mobile experience for General Contractors, making it easier to search for subcontractors, review key company information, and leave performance reviews directly from a mobile device.

Simply Access https://compass-app.com/auth/login from a mobile device to access the COMPASS mobile experience.

Subcontractor Search on Mobile

General Contractors accessing COMPASS on mobile will now be directed to Subcontractor Search, with a mobile-friendly experience designed to maintain the core functionality available on desktop.

Users can:

  • Search for subcontractors directly from their mobile device.

  • Browse subcontractors results in a condensed, mobile-friendly list.

  • Access the same Subcontractor Search filters available on desktop to narrow results.

  • Select a subcontractor to open their summarized Subcontractor Profile.

Mobile Subcontractor Profiles

Selecting a subcontractor from search will open a condensed version of the Subcontractor Profile, giving GCs access to key company information without needing to switch to desktop.

The mobile profile includes:

  • Company name and location

  • Legal and additional/DBA company names

  • Tags

  • Primary trades

  • Projects

  • Qualification information and status

  • Single and Aggregate Limits

  • Qualification expiration date and exceptions

  • Company contacts

  • Overall rating

  • Performance reviews

  • Downloadable 1-Pager Report

  • Downloadable Full Report

Users can also expand existing performance reviews to see the full review details directly from the subcontractor's profile.

Leave a Performance Review

General Contractors can now leave subcontractor performance reviews directly from mobile.

The mobile review experience maintains the same review form and questions available on desktop, allowing users to:

  • Rate the subcontractor across the existing performance review categories.

  • Provide project and contract information.

  • Add internal-only information.

  • Add comments and additional feedback.

  • Submit the completed review directly from their mobile device.

Once submitted, the review is added to the subcontractor's profile and reflected in their performance review information.
