PQM, the AI Prequalification Risk Manager from COMPASS, connects to Procore AI. You can ask about your subcontractors' prequalification, limits and risk right inside Procore, and PQM answers from your COMPASS data.
Before you start
You need an active COMPASS account for your company.
Your Procore company needs the COMPASS PQM app installed from the Procore Marketplace. Your Procore company admin can install it.
For limit checks against bids and commitments, you need access to Bidding, Commitments and Directory in Procore.
Connect COMPASS to Procore AI
Each user connects once.
Open Procore AI chat and ask a prequalification question, for example "Show me my prequalified subcontractors."
When prompted, click the link to authorize COMPASS.
You'll be redirected to COMPASS. Sign in with your COMPASS login and approve the connection.
Return to Procore AI. You're connected.
Ask your questions
Ask the way you would ask a colleague. You can combine trade, location, Q Score and limits in one question, and ask follow-ups to sort, rank or count the results.

Invite the subs on this project who aren't prequalified.
Every action, like inviting a sub or adding them to a prequalification workflow, requires your approval before it happens. PQM does not change any records in Procore.
Your data and access
PQM answers only from your company's COMPASS data, and only shows information each subcontractor has authorized your company to see.
Your sign-in identifies you. Procore sends nothing else about your company, projects or users.
Each company can currently ask up to 200 questions in any 24-hour period.
