Under Advanced Bidding section when adding a new project users have the option to require a NDA and/or a sealed bid.

Users can further select whether all sealed bids are to be opened manually on a specified unseal date, or to automatically reveal bids on unseal date.

Please note, this cannot be revised after a project is published.
