From the Bid Packages tab select the Add Bid Package icon. A flyout will appear prompting users to enter the bid package details.
Mandatory fields include; bid package name, trades, and lead contact. Note that the lead contact will receive the email notifications for this bid package. Note that the Bids Due Date field will be mandatory if Sealed Bid was selected when creating a project.
Users also have the ability to write a message in the bottom text box entitled Bid Invitation Details. This information will be shown in the bid invitation email sent to bid package recipients.
