Adding Bidders to a Bid Package by Company

To add a bidder by company, a user can either search the COMPASS directory by name in the search bar at the top of the table, or use filters located on the left hand side of the page.

When search results match your criteria they will appear within the main table. To add the company contacts as a bidder, simply click on the Add icon next to their name. Once selected the icon will turn green and change to “invited”. A green banner will also appear in the upper right corner of the screen notifying you the company has been successfully added.
