A project will remain in draft status until a bid package invitation has been sent. Once a bid package invite has been sent the above pop-up box will appear. A user will be required to confirm if the bid package should be published. Once a bid package is published it will be visible to those invited, and users will no longer be able to add a NDA or assign a sealed bid requirements.
