There are 6 different bid package statuses, they are as follows;

Pending - the bid package has been added to the invitation list, but the invite has not yet been sent

Invite Sent - an invitation has been sent and is waiting on the subcontractor

Invite Opened - Subcontractor has opened the invitation but has not taken action. *This is a good opportunity to send a message to them through the bid package level*

Accepted - This is a tentative stage where a bidder has accepted the bid package but not yet submitted the response

Declined - This is also a tentative stage where a bidder has declined the bid package but not yet submitted the response

Submitted - The answer to the bid has been submitted and is now finalized. If it’s a response to a standard project you will be able to view the bid package value in the bid amount column beside the status column. If the response is to a sealed bid a lock icon will appear in the bid amount column until the bid due date passes
