User Permission Document
The "PD-GC User Permissions" document defines role-based permissions for various actions within COMPASS.
What the user permissions mean:
Navigation Permissions:
1. Qualification Management Permissions
Invite subcontractors to qualify: All users
Assign a qualification to subcontractors: Admin, Prequal
Cancel an invitation: Admin, Prequal, Prequal Non-Finance, Health and Safety
Request missing data from subcontractors: Admin, Prequal, Prequal Non-Finance, Health and Safety
Manage projects attached to a subcontractor: Admin, Prequal, Prequal Non-Finance, Health and Safety
Add notes to a subcontractor profile on qualification management page: Admin, Prequal, Prequal Non-Finance, Health and Safety
View shared notes on qualification management: Admin, Prequal, Prequal Non-Finance (when shared), Health and Safety (when shared)
View subcontractor activity feed: Admin, Prequal
View financial completeness and metrics: Admin, Prequal
2. Projects & Bid Management Permissions
All Users for Project and Bid management have permissions
3. Project Permissions
All users have permissions - except when adding in team members
4. Bid Package Permissions
All users have permissions
5. Company Directory Permissions
View employee directory: All users
Invite new team members and assign roles: Admin
Set a primary contacts: Admin
Edit team members information and roles: Admin
Deactivate team member accounts: Admin
View office directory: All users
Add a new office or edit a location: Admin
Delete office location (excluding head office): Admin
User can view company profile: All users
Edit company profile: Admin
