Projects & Bid Management Permissions

In the project & bid management module, users who create a project automatically become the Project Lead. Project Leads can add new members to the projects through team permissions. Team members are able to view all project details (as specified by their user role type). Users who are not team members must de-select the "My Projects" filter to see information about projects they are not involved in.
