COMPASS Status Column

The COMPASS column on the Qualification Requests table displays the current status of COMPASS' team in their pursuit of 4 key action items; Subcontractor Registration, 1Form Submission, Authorization of financial data, and if the Analytics model has run on the subcontractor's submission.

There are 4 statuses that provide insight into the progress of the COMPASS Client Service's team as they assist the subcontractor during the qualification process;

In Progress

This status informs the user that the COMPASS team is still gathering information from the subcontractor or in the midst of verifying their data.

Upon hovering over this status you will be able to see more information on where they COMPASS team is at in the process and any Notes our team has generated.

Completed

This status informs the user that the COMPASS team has successfully completed all 4 key action items; Registration, 1Form, Authorization, and Analytics.

Upon hovering over this status you will be able to see when the 1Form was submitted, and the COMPASS completion date.

Escalated

This status informs the user that the COMPASS team has attempted to contact the subcontractor multiple times via phone and email but were unsuccessful. The General Contractor will need to step in and take over.

Upon hovering over this status you will be able to see the Escalated Date, Escalation Reason, and any Notes our team has generated.

On Hold

This status informs the user that the COMPASS team has contacted the subcontractor and they have agreed to submit their data, but will need additional time.

Upon hovering over this status you will be able to see the date the sub was placed On Hold, the date the Hold will be removed, the reason for the Hold, and any Notes our team has generated.
