The Review Stage column includes 3 different stages for a current qualification request; COMPASS, In Review, Changes Required, and Canceled.
A review stage can automatically change based on the requirements defined by your completeness gauge, which was setup by the analytics team. It can also change automatically if data expires.
Users can also change a review stage manually, however, if a stage is manually changed the automated changes will be deactivated
COMPASS
This status informs the user that the COMPASS team is still gather information from the subcontractor. Please note: users cannot manually set a qualification request to the COMPASS status.
In Review
This status informs the user that the qualification request is ready for the General Contractor to review. A qualification request will automatically be set to In Review when the following occurs;
The subcontractor has registered, submitted a valid 1Form, and the analytics has run on their submission
Analytics determines that the 1Form submission meets the GC's definition of completeness
Changes Required
This status informs the user that the General Contractor needs to get involved. A qualification request will automatically be set to Changes Required when the following occurs;
The COMPASS status has been set to Escalated by our team
Analytics has run on the most recent 1Form submission but the output does not meet the GC's definition of completeness
