It is important to note that only users with Admin or Prequalification access on COMPASS will have the necessary permissions to download the blank 1Form. Ensure that you have the appropriate access level before proceeding.

From the dashboard, click on the drop-down menu located in the top bar of the COMPASS platform.

Select "COMPASS 1Form" from the drop-down menu. This will navigate you to the 1Form section.

Within the 1Form section, locate "Step 2: Prequalification Form."

In the prequalification form section, look for the "Download Blank 1Form" button.

Click on the "Download Blank 1Form" button to initiate the download of the blank 1Form.

Please note that the downloaded blank 1Form can be used to reference its components, but you must fill it out on the COMPASS platform for your submission to be accepted for prequalification.
