We’ll schedule a call with your school’s key stakeholders to explain the QLA process in detail. This is your opportunity to ask questions, discuss your school’s specific needs, and explore how our QLA service can integrate seamlessly into your current practices. Our team will walk you through what to expect and ensure everyone is on the same page before moving forward.

After the call, we’ll share our QLA template with you. This template is designed to record your students’ assessment data at the question level, making it easy to input results and highlight areas of focus. We’ll provide clear instructions and support to ensure the process is straightforward and efficient.

Once you’ve populated the template with your assessment data, simply send it back to us. Our team will review the information to ensure everything is in place and contact you if any clarification is needed. This step is crucial, as the accuracy of the data ensures the assignments we generate will effectively address your students’ needs.

Using the data you’ve provided, we’ll generate revision assignment tailored to your students’ specific learning gaps. These assignment will then appear directly on your pupil's dashboard, ready for them to work through. - please note, QLA generated Revision Assignments currently do not appear on the teacher's dashboard.
