If pupils' take an assessment offline, you can enter their results manually on to the Complete Maths online platform to keep a record of them, and to benefit from Analytics.
You can also edit the results of assessments at any time, whether it has been taken online and so auto-marked, or you have previously manually entered the results.
• First, navigate to the appropriate assessment markbook. Either:
◦ Go to the Classes page, and choose the Class whose results you wish to edit. Scroll left/right on this Class Markbook page to find the appropriate assessment, and click on its title.
◦ Or, Go to the Assessments page, scroll down to the appropriate class, and click the 'Results' tab in the row of the assessment whose results you wish to edit.
• Click on 'Edit' in the top right of the page.
• To enter results for offline submissions, you'll need to click 'Force Complete' next to a pupil whose results you would like to enter. That will mark it as submitted, including on the pupils' account, with each question by default assigned 0 marks, unless a correct answer was provided on the online assessment.
• To enter/edit the results, click on the box below the question number. You can move to next box, by clicking on it or using the 'tab' key on your keyboard. You can do this for each pupil, using the 'enter' key to move down a row.
• Once you have finished click 'Save'.
Additional Notes:
• If you enter a higher mark than is available for that question, it will be reduced to the maximum number of marks available when you click 'Save'.
• You are able to see the original online marking by clicking on the box containing the mark (when you are not in the edit mode).
