Here's how you do it:
Go to the *School Settings* page (only available to users with School Admin permission) found by clicking your name in the menu bar.
Click on *Edit Academic Year* to begin editing your current Academic Year.
Here you can edit your term dates, timetable layout, and each teacher's timetable.
When editing your current Academic Year you can add additional teachers or classes at any time.
You are also able to assign teachers to new classes if needed.
Finally, when confirming the changes to your academic year the 'update from' date is very important. All timetable data beyond this chosen date will be amended and potentially overwritten, so if this is put in the past, you will be overwriting historic timetable data.
Following this, you can then populate any new classes you have added to your current academic year with pupils, by promoting your existing pupils into their new groups, or by adding any new pupils individually or in bulk.
