If the situation arises where you have forgotten your password for a Complete Mathematics platform, you can reset your password yourself by going to https://completemaths.com/, clicking on the appropriate 'Log in' button, and using the 'Forgotten your password' link.
Here is a GIF running through the process of resetting a password for CLASSROOM. If instead you are a TUTOR user, then just click on the 'Log In' button below TUTOR instead.
Once you have clicked on the 'Forgotten your password' link:
Enter the email address that is your Complete Mathematics username (this is usually your school email address), and click Next
Find the verification code in an email sent to that email address.
Copy&paste / write the verification code into the reset password step. Click Next.
Choose your new password, confirm it, and click Next.
Your password has now been reset!
Note: If you do not receive a verification code email, then there may not be an account linked to that email address.
