For children who already have a TUTOR Pupil account, whether it be through their school or through another family, you can use their Unique Pupil Token to link them to your Family account. Here's how:
1. Where do I find the pupil token?
Login to the appropriate Pupil TUTOR account
On the Dashboard, scroll to the My Memberships section
Note down the Pupil's 'My Unique Token' from this section (we would recommend noting it down, rather than just copying it on your computer for pasting later)

2. How do I link an existing pupil to my Family account?
Login to your TUTOR for Families account
On the Children page, click Manage Children > Add Children
Enter the first names of the child(ren), and click Confirm
Back on the Children page, click the Manage Subscription button that appears in the banner.
In the Select Account Types step, to link existing accounts move the toggle to 'Link Existing Accounts' for the appropriate Children
Enter the Pupil Tokens that you copied down in step 1, and once confirmed click Continue with Selections
In the Build Subscription step, select the Plan you want for your children (School Sponsored or School Discounted), and click Review
On the Confirmation step, you can review the prospective TUTOR Access, Cost, and Payment method (if appropriate) of your subscription. Click Confirm Subscription to continue.
And those Pupil accounts are now linked to your Family account!
What if my child does not know their login to get the Pupil Token?
Get in touch with your child’s school teacher in order to get their TUTOR login credentials. Then your child will be able to login and share their token with you to get them connected.
What if my child does not have an account?
You can create brand new Pupil accounts for your children within TUTOR for Families! It's easy to do, just Add Children in the same way as in Step 2 above, but on the Select Account Types step toggle to 'Build New Account' instead of 'Link Existing Account'
