You can easily add another adult to your account, so that they can also observe your child’s progress and help encourage them in their learning journey. Follow these steps:
Login to your TUTOR account;
Select “Manage Account” on the left-hand menu;
Select “Invite other adults”;
Enter their email address;
Select “Confirm & Invite”.
They will then receive an email asking them to join your Family account: “First Name, Last Name of the Last Name family has invited you to join them on TUTOR”.
You can invite any adults you would like, such as the child’s other parent and grandparents. We hear from many parents that adding additional adults helps them keep their children more motivated in their learning journey. The more people who celebrate their success, the better! 🎉
How to check the status of additional adult accounts
To see if they have created their account and are able to observe your child’s progress, go to “Manage Account” and you will see their current status:
If their name is listed under the “Pending Invitations” section, then they have not yet created an account - encourage them to do so!
If they are listed under the “Active” section, then they have created an account and are connected to your Family.
