To cancel a subscription to TUTOR for one or more children, follow the steps below:
Login to your TUTOR homepage;
Click on the “Manage subscription” drop-down icon;
Select “Manage subscription”;
Toggle the “TUTOR access” icon off for the relevant child;
Select “Review”;
Select “Confirm Subscription”.
You will then see the “Off” icon on your homepage under “TUTOR access” for that child, confirming that the subscription has been successfully cancelled.
