Finding a child’s username

If your child has forgotten their username, you can find it on your homepage:

  1. Login to TUTOR.

  2. Select ‘Manage Subscription’.

  3. From the dropdown list, select ‘Share Logins’

  4. The pop-up screen shows you the usernames for all children in your account.

The pop-up ‘Share Logins’ screen also identifies whether the child’s account still has a temporary password, or if a new password has been created by the child. If a new password has been created, then the password is listed as ‘Created’. A child is required to change from the temporary password to a new one, when they first/ next login to TUTOR.

Forgotten password

If your child has lost or forgotten their password, it has to be reset by one of the adult’s in the Family account. The child is not able to reset it themselves.

To reset the password, an adult must login to TUTOR and select the 3 dots next to the child’s name and press ‘Reset Password’. The adult can then accept the suggested temporary password, or enter their own.

The temporary password is visible in the adult’s account until the child creates a new password, and can be found either by selecting the 3 dots again, or and to be able to copy/ paste the temporary password, by selecting ‘Manage Subscription’ and then ‘Share Logins’.

Once a password it reset, the next time the child logs in they will be required to enter the temporary password and then create a new one. After it has been changed, the password will again no longer be visible in the parent account.
