The Allow PDF Forwarding setting controls whether Incident Report PDFs are attached to sent or forwarded notifications. This setting provides flexibility in managing attachments separately from email forwarding and can be turned ON or OFF for each Client Organisation (ORG).
Typically, a ComplyFlow Super User or a Staff User with permission to Create, Edit & Manage Incidents (previously Incident Admin & Incident RW) has access to enable PDF forwarding.
Enabling PDF Forwarding in the Incident Module
1. Navigate to Incident > Configuration > Incident Settings. Then select Edit, allowing you to edit or configure the Incident features.
2. By default, Allow PDF Forwarding is OFF. Select the Allow PDF Forwarding checkbox to enable PDF forwarding in Incident notifications.
3. Scroll down and select Save.
