How to Allow Suppliers to Add Incidents

To allow Suppliers to report incidents, you need to enable the Allow Suppliers to Add Incidents option in the organisation’s Incident Settings.

A ComplyFlow Super User or a Staff User with permission to Create, Edit & Manage Incidents (previously Incident Admin & Incident RW) can enable this feature.

1. Select the module picker > Incidents > Configuration > Incident Settings > Edit to modify the Incident Configuration.

2. By default, Allow Suppliers to Add Incidents is OFF. Check the checkbox that says Allow Suppliers to Add Incidents to enable Incidents Module for Suppliers for the organisation.

Once checked, two things occur:

  • The checkbox that says Display Organisation Field in Step 1 will automatically be checked and cannot be unchecked. This indicates whether the incident originated from the organisation or the Supplier.

  • The sub-option Allow Suppliers to report the following Incidents will appear.

3. Select at least one incident type to be configured.

4. Scroll down and select Save.
