Introduction

This guide explains how to use the new shared device and operator competency features for plant inspections. These features allow:

  • Multiple Staff User to use a single device for plant inspections

  • Verification of operator competencies before inspections

  • Quick access to required training directly from the inspection app

Starting an Inspection

To start an inspection refer to this guide Scanning a QR Code to Start a Plant Inspection

Select your user

When using a shared device account for plant inspections, you'll see a Select User list after Inspection Details.

This view shows all Staff on site that are assigned to this Plant Category

If no Staff on Site are assigned to the Plant Category you will be presented with this view and users will not be checked for compliance to operate the plant.

The profile of the user will be required to have a DOB in their account for verification purposes. If you come across a DOB error, contact your

administrator or site contact.

  1. Selecting the user

  2. Verify the DOB to get access. Date of Birth confirmation is required to proceed with completing the inspection.

  3. If you see COMPLIANT next to the profile name you can continue to the inspection.

  4. If you see Non-compliant next to the profile name you will be taken to your dashboard to complete outstanding requirements.

The selected Staff User will be recorded as the 'Conducted By' user for the inspection and will also be set as the default Person-Responsible for any checklist items marked as 'Action Required: Yes'

Completing Requirements for Non-Compliant Staff

  1. The ComplyFlow dashboard will open where you can action the requirements to operate the Plant.

  2. Once all requirements are complete, a confirmation modal appear

Uploaded documents will need to be approved before you can operate the plant. Contact your supervisor.

3. Select Go to the Inspection App to return to the inspection

4. To check the compliance status in the User List, drag down to refresh the view.You can only continue once the status changes to Compliant.
