Supplier Settings

Overview

The Supplier Settings tab in Account Settings allows you to configure organisation-wide settings for how suppliers (contractors) are managed in your ComplyFlow account. These settings control supplier registration, compliance requirements, and worker management options.

This tab is available to users with Edit Organisation Details permission or Super User access.

Accessing Supplier Settings

1. Log into your ComplyFlow account.

2. Select your profile icon (top-right corner) > Account Settings.

3. Select the Supplier Settings tab in the Account Settings section.

Available Settings

Supplier Compliance

Configure compliance-related settings for your suppliers:

  • Allow Admins to manage Sites – When enabled, Suppliers can be assigned to specific Sites within your organisation

  • Prompt users to enter their Activity when signing into Site – When enabled, workers from supplier organisations can specify or record what activity they are about to perform when they sign in to the site

  • Allow Workers to sign into Sites they are not assigned to? – When enabled, workers will be able to access or log into locations (sites) within the system even if they have not been specifically assigned to those sites

Updating Supplier Settings

1. Navigate to the Supplier Settings tab.

2. Adjust the settings as required. A pop up notification will appear to confirm changes.

3.Select Save.
