Overview

The Site Settings tab in Account Settings allows you to configure organisation-wide settings that apply to your sites. These settings control how sites behave across your ComplyFlow account, including project visibility and site-level defaults.

This tab is available to users with View Organisation Details permissions or higher. Users with Edit Organisation Details permission or Super User access can make changes.

Accessing Site Settings

1. Log into your ComplyFlow account.

2. Select your profile icon (top-right corner) > Account Settings.

3. Select the Site Settings tab in the Account Settings section.

Available Settings

Projects for Sites

Control whether projects are displayed and available within your sites module.

  • Enable Projects for Sites? – Toggle this setting to show or hide the Projects feature within your Sites module. When enabled, staff can associate projects with sites for more granular compliance tracking and reporting.

Updating Site Settings

1. Navigate to the Site Settings tab.

2. Adjust the settings as required. A pop up notification will appear to confirm changes.

3. Select Save.

Changes to site settings may take effect immediately across all sites in your organisation. Consider the impact before making changes.

Tips

  • Enable Projects for Sites if your organisation manages multiple projects across different sites and needs project-level compliance tracking.

  • Keep the Default Country and Default Timezone settings accurate to ensure new sites are created with the correct regional settings.

  • Review site settings after adding new modules to your account, as additional options may become available.
