Comply Flow has three types of documents:

1. Global Documents

Global Documents are universal and pre-approved for all clients using the same category type. These documents are linked at the account configuration level and are processed by the Comply Flow Global Documents Approval team. Because they are generic in nature, they significantly reduce the administrative burden on your team.

Example:
If a client selects the Global Document ‘Driver’s Licence – Class C (Car)’, and a worker has already uploaded this for a different client, it will be recognised as valid and does not need to be re-uploaded. The document is pre-approved and automatically accepted across organisations using that category.

If you're interested in using Global Documents, Comply Flow can provide the global processing guidelines. You can decide on Global Documents you'd like to accept. If you have further requirements for certain documents, you can choose to use Internal Documents instead.

2. Local Documents

Local Documents are configured specifically for your organisation and are not shared across other Comply Flow clients. Approval is typically managed by your organisation , although Comply Flow may assist depending on the service agreement.

These documents are organisation-specific and will not carry over or be recognised by other clients.

3. Internal Documents

Internal Documents are managed by the contractor and are not visible to clients. Comply Flow offers every contractor a free HR platform, which they can use to manage their own internal documents—such as employment contracts, induction records, or safety documentation.

Contractors can choose to share their profiles and documents with clients outside of the Comply Flow system if needed.
