Managing Site Files

You must have Edit / Update Sites or higher permission to add or remove files in the sites File List.

Adding Files

1.To add a File to a site, navigate to the Site Detail View. Refer to View Site Details for the steps.

2. Select the File List tab.

3. The existing files will display in a list. Select the Add File button.

4. Either click and insert or drag the file you want to upload and fill the description field. Next, select the Add File button.

If you are uploading a PDF File the file can be displayed to people signing in to this site via Live Access. If you want this check the box for Display in Live Access before selecting Add File.

5. Upon adding a file, the file added will be displayed in the File List.

Deleting Files

1.To delete a file, select the Delete button in the Action Column of the file you want to remove.

2. Select Yes in the Delete file notification.

Once you Delete the file, you will not be able to recover it

3. Upon clicking Yes, the file deleted will no longer be displayed in the File List.
