How do I find my inspection reports?

You are able to view all the inspection reports completed for each project in just a few clicks.

Each user with access to a project can access all inspection forms completed for that project. There are couple ways to get there.

VIEW ALL INSPECTION REPORTS

  1. Login to your account

  2. Select 'Inspection Reports' in the left - handed menu.

  3. The Reports List lists the reports for all projects to which you have access.

  4. Locate the report by date or name and select 'View'

  5. You may download each report by selecting 'PDF', or email a link to view the report by selecting 'Share'.

VIEW PROJECT - SPECIFIC INSPECTION REPORTS

  1. Login to your account

  2. Select 'My Projects' in the left - handed menu.

  3. The inspection reports for that project are listed in the left – hand table, under the ‘Inspection Reports’ tab.

  4. Select the date of the report to view.

The project I need isn't listed. How do I find it? 

Confirm with your Admin they have invited to you to collaborate on that particular project. They can send you an invitation if not.

​What if the inspection report I need isn't listed in the index?

We recommend reaching out to the project's Inspector to confirm they did not accidentally save a draft inspection report, or to ensure the Inspector did not forget to submit the report entirely. We're human, and forgetful on occasion.
