Disabling a users access to a project may be necessary if that person leaves a company or no longer wishes to have individual access to the project. 

Disabling project access DOES NOT delete their account information.

Disabling or enabling a stakeholder's access to a project can be performed only by an Admin.


To disable a stakeholder's access:

  1. Go to the Project's Profile.

  2. Select the 'Roles' tab.

  3. Select the red lock icon on the right – hand side. Review and accept the warning statement. The icon will change to a green check.

  4. To re-enable access, select the green checkmark. Review and accept the enabling statement.
