Refund Policy: Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction

We're dedicated to ensuring you're pleased with your experience with us. With that in mind, we have established a 7-day refund policy.

Refunds aren't automatic when you cancel your account. Instead, we kindly ask that you reach out to us at directly within seven (7) days from your subscription date.

A few things to bear in mind:

  • Refunds are not provided for any usage that goes beyond our 7-day period.

  • Should you have utilized your account within the month of your refund request and it's outside the 7-day window, we won’t be able to process a refund. However, we encourage you to cancel your account to prevent future charges.

  • Refunds will not be provided if you have extensively used your account beyond our standard limits within the 7-day period.

  • Refunds only apply to the most recent billing, excluding any previous month's fees or other charges.

  • We will respond to your request within 24-48 hours, except during weekends and holidays. We will consider the date and time stamps of when you initiated the request.

Our aim is always to offer clarity and fairness in our dealings, and we trust our valued customers to manage their subscriptions responsibly.
