Order and Quote Entry System
2. New Menu Item-There is now a shipper inquiry located in the Order and Quote Entry system that will show a list of ship vias. The Shipper Inquiry is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Expediting, Shipping & Delivery, Shipping System, Shipper Inquiry
3. New Fields added to Report- Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due now has columns for number of lines, Payment Terms, Avg Days to Pay and # Pmts. The Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due is located in Order & Quote Entry System, Order Entry File Maintenance.
4. New Field - There is now a contact name field available in the one-time ship to address screen Enter & Edit Shipments. The Enter & Edit Shipment is located in Order and Quote Entry System, Expediting, Shipping & Delivery, Enter & Edit Shipment.
5. New Feature-There is now an option to enable or disable the sounds associated with the optional credit card integration when using the chip readers. The flag to turn on or off the user prompt sounds the flag is located in Enter & Edit Credit Card Terminals in ?
Purchase Order System
1. New Inquiry- Skipped Workflow Automation Inquiry. This inquiry will show when the workflow automation was skipped for Direct Shipments. The Skipped Workflow Automation Inquiry is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, Purchase Order Activity.
2. New Inquiry- Last Product Recent Inquiry. This new inquiry will show the last time a product has been received based on a date range. Users can choose any range of products and this can be generated for a single branch, branch groups or companywide.
This inquiry is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, PO Receipts Journals, Last Product Recent Inquiry.
3. New Inquiry β Product Vendor Ranking β This new inquiry can be generated for any range of products and any date range. The inquiry will present columns showing the vendors each product was purchased from. It will show up to the last 5 Vendors along with the quantity purchased and the most recent receipt date. The 1st Vendor will be the one your company purchased the largest quantity from and the 5th Vendor will be the vendor you purchased the least from.
This inquiry is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, PO Receipts Journals, Product Vendor Ranking.
4. New Column Added to Report-The Vendor Scorecard report now has an optional column for current promised date within the PPO received screen. The Vendor Scorecard report is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, Purchase Order Receipt Journals, Purchase Order Receipt Analysis, Vendor Scorecard.
5. New Feature-There is now an option to set the entire PO as calculated, late, or on time within the vendor scorecard report. The Vendor Scorecard Report is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, Purchase Order Receipt Journals, Purchase Order Receipt Analysis, Vendor Scorecard.
6. New Fields added to Report-The Open Purchase Order report now has columns for PO notes and Customer PO number. The Open Purchase Order Report is located in the Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports,Open P.O. Reports, Open Purchase Orders.
Processing PO System
1. New Field added to Report- The PPO Component Availability Planning report now has a field for last received. The PPO Component Availability Planning report is located in Processing P.O. System, Processing P.O. Reports, PPO Component Availability Planning
Inventory System
1. New Field added to Report- Product Lots with Product Pick Amounts now has columns for Classification Code and Description available. The Product Lots with Product Pick Amounts is located in Inventory System, Inventory Reports, Usage Reports, Product Lots with Product Pick Amounts.
2. New Field added to Report- List Inventory by Location now has columns available for Last Sale Date and Last Sale Customer. The List Inventory by Location report is located in Inventory System, Inventory Reports, Inventory Lists, Lists by Locations, List Inventory by Location.
3. New Field added to Report- Reorder Point Report now has an optional column for theoretical weight. The Reorder Point Report is located in Inventory System, Re-Order Point System, Re-Order Point Reports, Reorder Point Report.
4. New Field added to optional grid-The Quantity Information Grid in product inquiry now has a column for Quantity on Transfer.
Accounts Receivable System
1. New Columns added to Grid-There are now optional columns for Open Balance, Newest Invoice, Oldest Invoice and Open Invoices when selecting a Customer during Enter & Edit Deposit. This will be helpful in selecting a customer when you have similar customer names.
2. New Feature-There is now a deposit check comment field available on each check in Enter & Edit Deposits.
3. New Optional Grid-There is now an optional grid in Customer Inquiry for Customer Document Connection. The optional grid will show any images related to the Customer. Clicking in the box or on the + in the top right corner will open up a grid with all documents related to that customer.
4. Master File Change- Enter & Edit shippers are no longer available under Master Files on the toolbar. It is now available in AR File Maintenance. The Enter & Edit Shipper is located in Accounts Receivable System, A/R File Maintenance, Shippers, FOB & Package Types, Enter & Edit Shippers
5. New Feature- The Accounts Receivable Aging report now has the ability to show you the top customers if the report is run as summarized. There is a button on the right-hand side under Option to click on Top Customers which will show the top customers based on invoice value.
6. New Feature- There are now buttons for Set to Calculated, Set to Late and Set as On Time buttons to the Customer Scorecard Report within the Late Items button. The Customer Scorecard Report is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable Reports, Customer Status Reports, Customer Scorecard.
7. New Feature-When using the optional credit card integration, the system now allows you to settle a preauthorized dollar amount for a different amount than was initially preauthorized for.
8. New Fields added to Report-The Sales Journal by Date report now has optional columns for Credit Override information. The Sales Journal by Date is located in Accounts Receivable System, Accounts Receivable Reports, Sales Journals, Sales Journal by Date
Accounts Payable System
1. New Feature- The Accounts Payable Aging report now has the ability to show you the top vendors when the report is run as summarized. There is a button on the right-hand side under Option to click on Top Vendors which will show the top vendors based on value.
2. New Inquiry-Vendor Ranking Inquiry. After entering a date range, this inquiry will rank Vendors based on invoices posted from highest to lowest value in the chosen period. There are columns for the number of invoices, percentage of the total which is presented on the heading of the inquiry. There are also optional columns available with additional vendor information. This report is located in Accounts Payable System, Accounts Payable Reports, Vendor Invoice Reports, Vendor Ranking Inquiry.
3. New Feature- Prepare Invoices for Payment by Date now has the option to filter by Vendor Payment terms. This gives you the ability to select only one Vendor Payment term or all. The Prepare Invoices for Payment by Date is located in Accounts Payable System, Check Routines & Reconciliation, Process Checks by Date, Prepare Invoices for Payment by Date.
4. New Feature-The Check Register report now has the ability to drill into the list of invoices associated with a particular check. The Check Register is located in Accounts Payable System, Check Routines & Reconciliation, Check Register.
General Ledger System
1. New Feature-The General Ledger Transaction Inquiry now allows you to drill down into deposit transactions for additional information. When you are inquiring on the cash GL account or if the cash account was affected. If you are inquiring about an A/R account or a write-off account and the cash account was not affected by the deposit (the deposit amount was $0), then it will only say Deposit. The GL transaction inquiry is located in: General Ledger System, Account Transaction Inquiry
2. New Feature-The Detail Transaction Report by Acct # now has the ability to drill into transactions by double clicking on the line in the report detail on screen. The Detail Transaction Report by Acct# is located in General Ledger System, General Ledger Reports, Detail Transaction Report by Acct #.
3. New Feature-The GL Account Transaction Inquiry now has the ability to drill into more transactions by double clicking or entering on the line. This includes Accounts Payable Invoices, Journal Entries, POs posted to Accrued and Journal Entries. The GL Account Transaction Inquiry is located in General Ledger System, GL Account Transaction Inquiry
Sales Analysis System
1. New Feature- Branch Group is now available in the Customer Sales and Profit Report. If you have multiple branches, you can create branch groups for any number of branches and isolate certain reports like this to those groups. The Customer Sales and Profit Report is located in Sales Analysis System, Customer Sales Analysis, Customer Sales & Profit.
Certificate Management System
1. New Feature- The Lots Missing Certificates & Inspections report now has an option to override certificate requirements. If Certificates are required and not scanned in, they will show a warning in inquiries and show on this report. By removing the requirement, they will no longer show on this inquiry and the warning will be removed.
The Lots Missing Certificates & Inspections report is located in Purchase Order System, Purchase Order Reports, PO Receipts Journals, Lots Missing Certificates & Inspections. This report is only available if you system is setup to require certificates in receiving.
2. New Feature-There is now the ability to remove all Certificate requirements from all PO lines in Enter & Edit Purchase Orders. F10 β Remove Certificate Requirements is available at the Detail Lines screen. The system will prompt the user to confirm and then remove all requirements.

1. New Flag- There is now a system flag that will hide expired credit card information for use with the credit card integration. 1. New Security Flags β Users can now be limited from Entering Units of Measure, credit card information for use with the credit card integration.
