There are two user flags within The Business Edge that dictate how detail lines are displayed during Order and Purchase Order entry. The default is to display the line items entered in the sequence entered, with the first item on the top of the scrolling box and the last item on the bottom. If you have an Order or Purchase Order with a large number of line items, you may not see the last item on the screen and will have to page or scroll down to see each page of line items.
The user flag “Use Reverse Sequence During Order Entry” is located in the Edit toolbar under Order Entry Flags. If you answer Yes to this flag the sequence will be reversed so that the last line item that you entered will be on top and the first item that you entered will be on the bottom. In the example below we answered Yes to this flag and the most recent line item entered is displayed on top.
The User Flag for Purchase Orders “Use Reverse Sequence During PO Entry” works the same way and is located in the Edit Toolbar, Purchase Order Flags.
Below is an example of when the “Use Reverse Sequence During PO Entry” flag is set to No. The last line entered is on the bottom.
