The Customer Scorecard Report is a useful reporting tool within The Business Edge to see how often you are meeting the expected delivery dates required by your customers. This report will also include the number of items that have been returned and any problems that may have occurred for those using the Quality system and Problem Documents. The Quality System is an optional Module.

The Customer Scorecard Report is located in the path below:

Accounts Receivable System

This report can be generated for any range of Customers and any Date Range. The Summary Types are quarterly, monthly, yearly or no summary. It can be generated by an individual branch or all branches.

In the Heading of The Customer Scorecard Report you can see the scorecard totals for the entire date range. The Grid information will display the totals for each customer.

In order to view more detailed information for a specific customer, highlight the customer and double click on the line. The system will display the details for that customer on the following screen. Here is where we can view which specific invoice(s) were shipped late and by how many days.

Depending on an individual’s User Permissions, clients can alter the calculated days late to be on-time or late. Should a change be made in error, the set as calculated option will revert the field back to is original value. There is also an option to change all the detail lines for a given order to be late, on-time or set back to calculated by utilizing the Set Entire Order functions. Within the Customer Scorecard, you also have the ability to view only returned or late items for all customers.

The first option, Returned Items, is displayed below. When an RMA is entered to return products from a customer, the invoice number, product, quantity, and price are displayed.

Entering or Double clicking on a line will display more information related to the Invoice that the Returned Item was received back on.

The second option, Late Items, is displayed below. When a detail line is shipped after the date requested the item is considered late.

For Clients using the Quality System a Pareto Report is available in right-hand Additional Information. Prior to running the report, we selected a Summary Type of Quarterly. A Scorecard Summary can be viewed be selecting the Summary option from the Additional Information on the right-hand side of the screen.

This summary will combine the totals for all the selected customers and display them by the selected Summary type, in this case Quarterly. The Summary type applies to the selected Date range chosen in the report parameters.
