The Open Orders Over Credit Limit & Past Due is a report within The Business Edge that enables clients to view open orders for Customers that are over their credit limit or past due. If you are utilizing the flags to prevent order processing on these orders, this also gives users with permissions the opportunity to override or clear an overridden credit test. The report can be found in the menu path below:

First, select the range of Customers and a Beginning and Ending Date. The Date Range is the Date Requested on the Orders. Include Overridden Orders only applies if you are utilizing any of the Credit Test Flags that restrict orders for Customers that are Over Credit Limit or Past Due. Answering Yes to this question will include open orders that have already been marked to override the credit test along with a timestamp of who and when the override was put in place.

After running the report any open order displayed can have the credit test overridden or have an override cleared by utilizing the F2 and F3 functions, found under the right-hand options.

A Customer Balance Inquiry can be viewed by double-clicking a detail line. The information provided in the Inquiry can help determine whether or not an open order should be released for processing. Below is an example of the Customer Balance Inquiry after double-clicking a detail line.

In this example there are 2 different instructions for the same Product and Customer. The first one is internal and will only print on the Picking Ticket. The second one will print on all documents and show in the Wireless Warehouse.

The following screen will show all the Open Invoices for the selected Customer. A statement can be output from the screen by clicking the F6 Send Statement button found on the right-hand menu. Clients using the CRM Desktop System also have the ability to create an Action at this point.

Details of the open invoices can be viewed by double clicking the detail line.

***** Please note the ability to override credit tests is based on user permissions*****
