There is a User Flag in The Business Edge that can help speed up Purchase Order entry. This flag is located on the top toolbar under Edit, Purchase Order Flags, Quick PO Entry.
The default setting for this flag is No. When it is set to No, when entering a Purchase Order and you are finished with a detail line, you must press enter or click on New Line for each detail line you add.
If the Quick PO Entry User Flag is set to Yes you will go directly into a new line when you start a new PO. When you are finished adding a detail line, after pressing escape or clicking Ok, you are automatically brought into a new P.O. Line, eliminating the need to press enter or click on New Line for every additional detail line.
Once you have entered all of the products on your Purchase Order press escape or click Ok to and you will be brought to all of the Detail Lines.
Here you can press enter or double click on a detail line if you would like to make any changes. You can also add a new line by pressing enter or clicking on New Line. As usual simply pressing escape or clicking Ok will bring you to the Final screen.
